What does recruitment look like?
Our recruitment is two weeks long consisting of a week full of events and an interview night. We hold two information nights where we share what Alpha Omega Epsilon is and other important details. It is encouraged that you attend one info night. We also have three social events, check the Recruitment tab to see what events we held at our most recent recruitment. At these events, you are able to speak with our sisters and see if this organization is something you want to be a part of. We have no requirement for how many events you need to attend, but it is encouraged that you attend as many as you can.
The following week we have an interview night. The format for interviews is a lot like speed dating, you will be having a conversation with each active sister where they will ask you 1-2 questions about yourself. After the interviews are over, the active sisters will vote. We are voting on whether we feel you represent our pillars: Friendship, Leadership, and Professionalism. This event is required if you want to be considered for a bid.
